Nicole Agne (she/her) is a Strategy Manager at Starbucks & Career Coach for her business, Charted360. She hosts the BoldHER miniseries ‘The Great Reshuffle.’ Nicole created this miniseries because she’s passionate about helping others find their purpose and bring their dreams to life!
Francine Barley
Francine Barley (she/her) is currently a Human Resources Business Partner at Meta, responsible for the strategic people vision and people agenda for the clients she supports. It took a little while to figure out what she wanted to be when she grew up.
After spending some time in the Air Force as an Acquisitions Officer, she shifted gears to work as a financial analyst in the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry. A couple of years later, she ventured into another field and joined the HR community.
Francine finally found the work she is passionate about and has been working in various HR roles across several Fortune 500 companies for the last decade.
Sara Kelly
Sara Kelly (she/her) is the Senior Vice President of Talent & Partner Experience at Starbucks. In this role, Sara is responsible for advancing the company's talent and organizational leadership agenda.

Yaz Ketcherside
Yaz Ketcherside (she/her) went through her own 'great reshuffle' during her 10-month furlough in 2020. She went from working every day in the office to feeling like her career was put on hold.
Yaz took matters into her own hands and started to life coach, grow her Instagram @selfloveyaz, profile individuals on their self-love journey, and much more! Her main focus was to try everything, explore, and learn more about herself in the process.
Sarah Haggard
Sarah Haggard (she/her) is the Founder and CEO of Tribute and a Microsoft alum. Tribute is a peer-to-peer mentorship platform available in Slack and Teams that enhances team collaboration, learning, and productivity by creating real-time access to knowledge sharing.
